Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dopple ("Dopple", "we", "us") governing your use of the Dopple web application and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Dopple provides AI personas with persistent memory and service agents that can act inside tools you choose to connect, such as Gmail and Google Calendar. Features vary by subscription plan and may change as the Service evolves.

The Service produces AI-generated content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any content — including email drafts and replies — before it is sent or relied upon.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Connecting third-party services (Google, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, and others) is optional. When you connect a service, you authorize Dopple to access and act on that service on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service's own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time from the Connections page.

When Dopple takes actions on your behalf in a connected service — for example sending an email you asked it to send — you are responsible for those actions as if you had taken them yourself.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications;
• probe, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security or rate limits;
• access the Service by automated means outside the documented API, or resell it without our written consent;
• upload content you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you bring to the Service — your conversations, memories, and data from connected services. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train generalized AI models.

Dopple offers free and paid plans. Paid plan features, limits, and prices are described on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 9, and 10) survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopple will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
